Lithium Brine Characterization
Detect Lithium in Real Time in Evaporation Ponds
Do you need to know how to detect lithium, calcium, magnesium and other metals in water or brine in realtime? Our online sensor provides realtime metal detection in water or brine in the parts per billion (PPB). With increased lithium extraction worldwide, detection lithium in realtime is increasingly vital for process optimization and peak extraction. Let us help you get realtime data to optimize your processes!
Our sensor can integrate with existing evaporation ponds to reduce testing labour, provide realtime data for process optimization and for peak extraction. Detect leaks and changes in concentration in real time with our sensor solution, capable of deploying into existing lithium evaporation pond setups. The sensor can monitor up to five different metals of interest, providing a data point every 10 minutes or at the frequency desired by the operator.
Data can be delivered through our web interface, through email alerts, or through control system integration. Data is delivered as a PPM or PPB number.
The sensor is adept at detecting both low and high concentrations, and can deal with high sodium concentrations of 200,000 PPM and higher. Lithium can be detected from 1 ppm in complex brines, to saturation.
LiValid Sensor
The LiValid sensor can connect to any pipe or flowing system, and monitor on a real time basis for up to five metals. The sensor is fully automated, handling sample taking and preparation without human intervention. Detecting into the PPM in brines and PPB in less complex matrices, the sensor is well suited to brine evaporation pond analysis.
