Real-time water intelligence for mining

Mine water is where AquaValid grew up: harsh, high-TDS, metal-laden streams where the gap between grab samples is measured in risk — compliance risk at discharge, recovery risk in the circuit.

Where continuous data changes the job

Effluent and tailings compliance

Zinc, copper, lead, cadmium, selenium — the permit metals, trending continuously between the accredited lab samples that build your record.

Recovery on live data

Dissolved metal in bleed and raffinate streams is product loss; extraction chemistry tuned on response beats chemistry tuned on last week’s assay.

Storm and season visibility

Mine-water excursions are weather-driven and seasonal — exactly the events fixed sampling schedules miss.

Mining FAQ

Which mine waters can AquaValid monitor?

Effluent and tailings water, process and reclaim streams, leach solutions, and high-TDS brines — harsh matrices are the design point. A sample of your actual water establishes matrix-specific performance.

Does it replace our compliance lab programme?

No — accredited ICP remains the compliance record. AquaValid adds the continuous visibility between samples: excursions caught in time to act, and a time-stamped record supporting every lab result.

Has it run at a real mine site?

Yes — including a field deployment at ~3,100 m altitude and detection of a seasonal zinc exceedance at an active mine site in time to manage sequestration and discharge.
